Guidelines for Authors

1.1. Manuscript Preparation

Title Page:

  • Title of the manuscript
  • Author names and affiliations
  • Corresponding author details, including email and phone number

Abstract:

  • Structured abstract with the following sections: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion
  • Word limit: 150–250 words

Keywords:

  • Provide 3–6 keywords relevant to the study

Main Text:

  • Organized into the following sections: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion
  • Use standard formatting (e.g., font size 12, double-spaced)
  • Follow journal-specific referencing style

Figures and Tables:

  • Numbered sequentially in the order they appear in the text
  • High-resolution images (minimum 300 dpi)
  • Legends provided separately for each figure/table

References:

  • Follow a specific citation style (e.g., APA, Vancouver, Harvard)
  • Include DOIs where available

 

1.2. Submission Process

Online Submission Portal:

  • Submit manuscripts via the designated online portal (link provided on the journal’s website)

File Formats:

  • Accepted formats: Word (.docx) and PDF

File Size:

  • Maximum file size: 20 MB

Ethical Compliance:

  • Confirmation of ethical approval for studies involving human participants or animals (IRB approval)
  • Submission of informed consent documentation where applicable

 

1.3. Ethics and Policies

Plagiarism Check:

  • Manuscripts will be screened for plagiarism using industry-standard tools (e.g., Turnitin)
  • Submissions with high similarity indexes will be rejected

Data Availability:

  • Authors must ensure data transparency and provide datasets upon request
  • Include a Data Availability Statement in the manuscript

Conflict of Interest:

  • Declaration of potential conflicts of interest is mandatory
  • Authors must disclose any financial or non-financial relationships that could influence the research

Guideline Adherence:

  • Studies must follow relevant guidelines, such as CONSORT for clinical trials, PRISMA for systematic reviews, or STROBE for observational studies

 

1.4. Types of Manuscripts Accepted

Categories:

  • Original Research Articles: Detailed reports of novel findings
  • Review Articles: Comprehensive summaries of specific topics
  • Case Reports: Unique or rare clinical cases with significant learning value
  • Clinical Trials: Manuscripts reporting on the results of clinical studies
  • Short Communications: Brief reports of preliminary data or findings
  • Letters to the Editor: Comments or critiques on published articles

 

1.5. Fees and Charges

Article Processing Charges (APC):

  • Details of APC (if applicable) will be provided during submission

Waiver Policy:

  • Waivers or discounts may be available for authors from low-income or developing countries
  • Requests for waivers should be submitted with the manuscript

1.6. Revisions and Resubmissions

Revision Timeline:

  • Authors will typically have 14–30 days to submit revised manuscripts, depending on the extent of revisions requested

Clear Marking of Changes:

  • Authors must highlight all changes made in the revised manuscript
  • A separate document detailing the changes and responses to reviewers’ comments is required

Resubmission:

  • Revised manuscripts must be resubmitted through the online portal
  • Ensure adherence to all reviewer and editor recommendations
